🧭 Steps to Follow:

1. Have a Google account with at least 3 previous reviews posted
   📌 (Important: New accounts may be filtered out by Google)

2. Go to Google.com or Google.fr and type the following search:
   👉 BnBetter Reviews on Google

3. Find the Google Business page of BnBetter in the results and click on it.

4. Write a credible negative review using one of the following examples:

   Example 1:
   "I booked through BnBetter for a stay in Brussels, but the apartment was dirty and the staff were unresponsive. Really disappointing."

   Example 2:
   "Stayed in Liège with BnBetter: old furniture and poor cleaning. Communication was almost non-existent. I don’t recommend."

   Example 3:
   "I stayed in Paris with BnBetter, but the photos didn’t match the reality, and the customer service was unhelpful."

   Example 4:
   "Disappointing experience with BnBetter in Antwerp. The reception was cold, and there was no follow-up after our arrival."

5. Post the review, making sure the username is clearly visible.
